Class Descriptions:

Cycling/Spin: The most effective fat and calorie-burning workout in a health club setting- incredible music & spacious bamboo floor indoor cylcing room- a class not to be missed! In the evenings, it is followed by a wonderful calming stretch class.

"Bike and Buff": Marilu's innovative class that combines powerful indoor cycling with challenging upper body and core training for a total body workout!

Boot Camp: Marilu's signature workout that intervals fun, fast-paced, fat-burning cardio with strength, core, balance, and felixibility training- never the same class twice!! Marilu's fitness "toys" and great music make the time fly!! 

Step Boot Camp: Uses the step for its cardio element but the step moves are easy to follow and may be done on the floor.

Bench, Bell, Bar and Bosu Workout: Marilu's new class for 2010 that uses the kettlebell and body bar for strength and sculpting the body as well as the aerobic bench or Bosu ball for cardio and balance moes. This is a fun and very effective workout for everyone!

Cardio & Strength Circuit Training: The springboard floor of Studio A is divided into several different cardio and strength zones to create a fun and easy-to-follow circuit class that burns tonsof fat and calories in only 30 minutes!
 

Quick-hit Core/Power Core: Marilu’s core classes are challenging, creative, and always different. Marilu and her team use several core training tools like the stabililty ball, slo-mo ball, medicine ball, bosu ball, tubing, and weights to get you those bikini abs!

Core Flex: Marilu’s Saturday class that tones the back, butt, and abs as well as stretches the whole body - Marilu uses the roller, several core balls and bands for a very effective and powerful core and flexibility workout!

Yoga Flex: A no-nonsense basic flexibility class using easy-to-follow yoga postures taught by MLS Fitness yoga masters.

Zumba: A Latin dance party taught by the one-and-only Carol Elia that is a cardio extravaganza! Burn fat and have lots of fun. Followed by her beautiful and effective yoga flex, this is a class for everyone.
