SPORT CONDITIONING:

College, high school, professional athletes, sports-oriented people

Performance is the integration of strength and power over a sustained period of time. That time is arbitrary, but in the context of athletic activity, it usually lasts from 2 minutes to 90 minutes. This program is designed to increase your cardiovascular stamina in order to use strength and power optimally without sacrificing your skill and ability to fatigue and exhaustion.

Learn to develop your stamina, strength and power. Harness and condition the power of your mind and body in order to go above and beyond. Hardwire the mind and body to become a machine.  Specific athletic movements are a necessity for general physical practice, and these movements combine strength, cardiovascular endurance and power. Enhance range of motion techniques, balance and core strength. We will not only train the body but we will educate the mind so that you as the athlete are able to grasp the understanding of GPP (general physical practice).  After learning to move a certain way, the body does not have to think about the movement so your mind and body can now play and act on intuition, instincts and intellect rather than fatigue. Athletes will be evaluated before the training begins, as well as periodically throughout the program.  A final evaluation will be given at the end of each program with recommendations and reminders so that the athlete continues to excel.
