PERSONAL  TRAINING

Our goals for your fitness are to turn you into an athlete for your sport, or train you like an athlete for your health. Your mind and body will develop, creating new outlooks and opportunities that never seemed possible before. When these goals are achieved, you will see the playing field differently and you will have a new strength and confidence to decide how you will conquer it, whether it is in sport, health or lifestyle.

$75/hr. (non-members) minimum package: 3 sessions

$65/hr. (yearly members) minimum package: 3 sessions

$45/half hr. (non-members) minimun package: 5 sessions

$35/half hr. (members) minimum package: 5 sessions

$100/hr. for groups of 2 or more   pkg. of 3: $270

$60/half hr. for groups of 2 or more pkg. of 3: $160
